1. RESPONSIBILITY

Trading on wilier.com online can only take place if the user agrees to these terms and conditions applicable to trade in Wilier.com online. To patronize Wilier.com online user must be 18 years old.

2. ORDER CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT

Once we have received your order and payment, you get an instant online message stating your order number and order total. We recommend that you print and keep this message as your order confirmation. Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card, Mastercard, VISA, Electronic credit card, PayPal. The amount raised first on your card when goods are shipped from Wilier Triestina. There can never be deducted an amount greater than what you have approved the acquisition.

3. DELIVERY & SHIPPING COSTS

Delivery time for available apparel and accessories is usually between 2 and 5 business days. You will receive an email from Wilier Triestina when the product is shipped from the warehouse.

Apparel and accessories are delivered by UPS and TNT.

For orders under 80 € delivery cost amount to 9 €. There aren’t any shipping costs for orders over 80 €.

The receiver is required to look after the goods in unopened packaging, and if this is not the case, browsing the delivered along with the tender. In case of defects must be appealed to the carrier, after which Wilier Triestina as soon as possible will replace any defects. Furthermore, the recipient is obliged to ensure that the shipment contains the products ordered, and it should not be the case immediately - and at the latest within eight days - to point out errors and / or omissions in the delivery of Wilier Triestina email shop@wilier.it . The recipient cannot rely on compensation for incorrectly supplied goods if the goods are put to use.

4. INVOICE

If you will request the invoice, it will be sent only via e-mail when your order will be shipped.

5. RETURN OF GOODS / RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases from Wilier Triestina.

To return items please fill the RMA request form at www.wilier.com/rma-request or writing to shop@wilier.it.

You have 14 days to cancel when you shop with us. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day you:

1. receive your goods

2. get the last good physical possession, when it comes to an agreement on several items that have been ordered in one order and delivered separately

3. get the last lot, or the last part in physical possession, when it comes to an agreement on the delivery of a good consisting of multiple lots or pieces

4. get the first good physical possession, when it comes to contracts for regular delivery of goods during a specified period (section 4 is inserted only by agreements for regular delivery of goods).

You must, within 14 days of receipt, give us the message that you want to cancel your purchase. Notification shall be given by RMA request or writing to shop@wilier.it. In your message, make us clearly aware that you want to use your right of withdrawal.

You can not undo by simply reject the goods without giving us clear communication on this.

Except for withdrawal are the following items:

  • Delivery of goods manufactured to your specifications, such as clothing and Infinitamente bicycles which you have particular specifications and / or design that differs from the standard products available on wilier.com;
  • Delivery of goods likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
  • Sealed products of protection of health or hygiene reasons not suitable to be returned, and where the seal has been broken after delivery;
  • Delivery of goods which, because of their nature are inseparably mixed with other items at delivery;
  • Agreements on specific repair you in advance explicitly requested conversion;
  • Sealed audio or video recordings or computer software that you have unsealed;
  • Journals or magazines;

Complaints Goods not sent prepaid to Wilier Triestina will be rejected.

6. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and the way it works. In other words - you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. If the item is tested beyond what described above, we consider it as used, which means that you know the chagrin of purchase only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the product's commercial value. In order to receive the entire purchase amount return you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store. You must test the product, but do not take it in actual use.

7. RETURN DATE

Items can be returned up to 14 days after receipt as per the return conditions of paragraph 6.

9. SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURN

The cost of return is paid by the customer, unless the return is due to an Wilier Triestina error, Wilier.com website error, Warranty cases or non-compilant products.

If you decide to return an order, remember to save your postal receipt or track-and-trace number as proof that you have shipped the product. You bear the risk of the goods from the delivery, and in return, you are responsible for that goods are packaged securely in.

10. REFUND

If you regret your purchase, you will get, of course, the amount you have paid us back. In the event of an impairment, as you are liable to be deducted from the purchase amount.

If you use your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs as a result of your own choice of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the product and after have checked that it meets the rules for withdrawal, as stated in paragraph 6.

11. WARRANTY

Please read the complete warranty conditions.

When you shop at wilier.com you have 2 years warranty. This means that in this period you either get it repaired or replaced, refund or reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.

Of course it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not caused by an incorrect use of the product or other injurious behavior.

You must complain within reasonable time the discovery of the defect. We will accept requests for assistance under warranty which are sent within the warranty’s expire date.

To get assistance under warranty you can write to shop@wilier.it where you can attach pictures and a small text that describes the problem occurred. Wilier Triestina checks the problem and if assistance under warranty is required Wilier will pick up the bike directly from you.

Remember that the product must always be returned in protective packaging.

12. WILIER TRIESTINA ERROR

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item fill the form at wilier.com/rma-request or writing to shop@wilier.it. Wilier Triestina will picks up the item and will delivers you a new one, after check the quality of the goods returned.

13. COLORS AND SIZES

We assume no responsibility for minor deviations in color or sizes on our website, this is not considered a wilier.com online error and will not trigger any refund of the cost, either in the original shipping or return. Online size guide is only a pre-order suggestion. For more informations about your right size please verify the frame’s geometry with the assistance of a professional bike fitter.

14. SECURITY PURCHASE

It is perfectly safe to shop with Wilier Triestina website.

Wilier Triestina's servers using an advanced encryption technology called SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). This means that only Wilier Triestina computers that can read the information on your credit card. When our security servers have received the information from your credit card, they are sent directly to the bank in encrypted form, and they will never be saved or stored in Wilier Triestina.

Payment by credit card is done in accordance with the laws and rules for online payment in EU.

Once you complete an online payment, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. It is recommended that you save it.

15. PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

Wilier Triestina assumes no responsibility for weights and measures in line with customers' own measurements. The weight and dimensions with more to be abandoned are the manufacturers instructions.
